When we say “our family,” we’re not only talking about the Rowlands. Nancy Rowland started Outdoor Contractors Inc., with her husband, Jim, in 1982. The business now includes their three children: Jimmy, Kaitlyn, and Jennifer. Historically, our family ran a large-scale farm, but over the years, it became harder to make profit with cows. We decided to shift our focus whole-hog into Outdoor Contractors Inc.

Now, we’re pleased to employ staff that have become our family as well. We all believe in the value of hard work, donuts for morning meetings, and gratitude for the lives we have and those who share it with us.
